Michael Minkov teaches Cross-Cultural Differences at International University, Sofia. He is a personal disciple of world-famous Dutch anthropologist Geert Hofstede. Since his adolescence, he has lived, studied, and worked in various multicultural environments - Tunisia, the Faroe Islands (Denmark), Iceland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Slovenia.

His book on cross-cultural differences ("Zashto sme razlichni") has become a best-seller in Bulgaria.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Iskra Nikolova, author, researcher, translator and editor, teaches Western European and American literature at the National Academy of Drama and Film. She has various publications in the field of literature, theatre, cultural studies, and the humanities. She has translated (from English and German) numerous plays, several books, articles, and essays.
Her book "Texts in Motion: Problems of Translation and Adaptation", published with the support of the National "Culture" Fund, won the "Ikarus" prize for 2005. |

Dr Leah Davcheva has founded AHA MOMENTS to help make intercultural learning a priority for students and professionals. Leah believes that to be successful individuals and organisations need to build intercultural interaction, growth and experience. They need to know how people from different cultural backgrounds can differ and what they can do to be effective in communicating across cultures.
Leah has experience in working and living across cultures. |
