Seminar on Developing and Managing International European Projects

RADIUS - communication and intercultural cooperation and
AHA MOMENTS - centre for intercultural learning, education and research organise seminars on effective initiation and management of international European projects

The seminars will serve all who are interested in maximising their opportunities to design meaningful and successful projects, including organisational leaders, upper managers of organisations who plan to apply for EU funding,  project managers who are or will become part of international project groups, and educators and communication experts.

For those involved in the EU project scene and international project work the seminars are an essential pre-requisite.

What is the current situation

The European Union offers various grants, funds and programmes which provide international networking opportunities for organisations to develop joint projects and activities. Apart from few exceptions, EU funded projects are international, which means that they involve an intensive interaction between people with diverse cultural backgrounds. They require adroit management of cultural and organisational differences.

Due to the European Commission’s efforts to promote European integration, organisations from new member countries have relatively easy access to these funds. They are usually much sought after project partners and their applications are treated with preference.
