| Succeeding with Global Teams: Leveraging Cultural Diversity |
|
This seminar is jointly run by Culture & Management Consulting and AHA MOMENTS. Course overview:For organizations to succeed in a ‘Global’ market place, being ‘Culturally Intelligent’ is not just a ‘nice-to-have’ but an essential part of the organization’s tool kit. In Bulgaria today, the majority of companies, from SME’s to Multi-Nationals employ or engage with people from other cultures. Whilst this variety of cultures brings with it a number of day-to-day challenges, it also brings great opportunities especially for those organizations prepared to take the time to understand, accept and value these differences to gain substantial rewards. In international teams, national and company cultures influence a person’s behaviour. This workshop offers tools to help us understand, recognize and cope with cultural differences in individual, team and management style. Who should attend? This workshop is a ‘Must’ for executives, managers and other professionals working in an international environment or who interact on a regular basis with colleagues from other countries and cultures. Benefits Participants will enhance their skills to work with and take advantage of cultural differences. Programme: (09:15 to 16:30 hours)09:00 Refreshments on arrival 09:15-12:30
