The original workshop was developed and delivered for the Equal Rights World NGO based in Shumen.

The training aims to develop participants' intercultural competence and enable them to work and communicate more effectively in the environment of social and cultural diversity. It increases their confidence and help them establish more easily relationships both inside and outside their organisation. Special focus is given on intercultural competence in NGO project development and delivery.
