In practice: We want to keep what works and take it up from there

Prior to restructuring, a home goods distrubutor for Southeast Europe, approached us to help with raising the morale of the team and deciding which of the business process to keep in place and which to change.

Before the workshop, we worked with the managing board, the HR Director and three of the prospective participants to clarify the agenda. We then brought together the whole team and ran a two-day workshop to identify what is working and what is wanted in terms of desired futures. This led to the generous commitment of the participants to the change process and a list of the critically important business processes which needed to change.
